IMPORTANT: Please note that the last postal collection for your chocolate gifts, from our factory in Orton village is at 16.00 hrs each week day and 11.00 am on Saturdays. We need to receive your order at least two hours before these times, if the parcel needs to be dispatched that same day - otherwise it will be sent in the next available post collection after that. Please note that parcels sent by 1st Class Royal mail are not guaranteed to arrive the next working day, so we would ask that you pay the extra for Special Delivery/Overnight APC Couriers if you require a delivery on a specified date or by that date. (We have known 1st Class mail items to take several days to reach the destination!)
- Our UK delivery rates, by 1st Class Royal Mail, are as follows:
- orders up to £19.99: £3.50
- orders of £20.00 and over : £5.00:
For an extra charge of £3, Royal Mail Special Delivery or our Couriers, APC, will guarantee next day delivery on a specified weekday (Monday to Friday); and for guaranteed Saturday morning delivery, using Royal Mail Special Delivery ,there is an extra charge of £5.
- Overseas Air Mail rates are based on the weight of goods, and are calculated at the checkout stage. Delivery to destinations in Europe take on average of 2 to 3 working days and the Rest of the World 4 to 5 working days. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee to deliver on a specified day for any overseas items, so please allow plenty of time.

We deliver your chocolate gifts in the United Kingdom, (including Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands , The Isle of Man)and the Scottish Islands. For overseas chocolate gift delivery, we deliver to Europe, USA,Canada, Japan, Australia and New Zealand. It may be possible for us to deliver to other countries not listed here, but please contact us first.
